Our event management is a full end to end service. We create events that fit into and enhance a client brief and generate ideas that maximise commercial benefit from each event.
All items listed below form standard elements of our service:
- Event Director plus back-up office staff at TaylorAlison Golf
- Full consulting on event, format, location, budget and commercial aim
- Full budget breakdown including savings on venues, products and added-value services
- Choice of prestigious venues and hard to access clubs
- Communication with all relevant client departments involved with each event
- All pre-event administration to include:
- Venue contracting
- All content for guest invitations and event website/web pages
- Branded Information / Itinerary packs
- Team lists, guest communication including print, emails and telephone
- Venue liaison and site inspection
- Event merchandise selection from major golfing brands and in-house range. Design options and sampling
- Bespoke design scorecards for each event, branded menus and pin sheets
- Venue Set-Up
- On-course and clubhouse branding with company branded directional signage
- Registration area to include 50'' plasma welcome information screen on 6ft stand
- Practice facilities including pyramid range set-up
- Event Staff
3 x staff for each event plus 2 staff for venue set-up day prior (dependent on event size)
(Set-up ready for guests 1 hour prior to arrival time through to prize giving)

- Welcome concierge and club clean service
- Branded and personalised lockers (where available)
- Digital scoring with bespoke leaderboard display on 50'' plasma
- Starting (optional PA system)
- Course marshalling and full rules (in accordance with R&A)
- Post event feedback questionnaires to each guest with full report
- All other related administration
