The Tour

For this short tour of Ayrshire you will be based at The Westin Turnberry Resort, home to the famous Ailsa championship course, which has seen some of the most memorable Open moments in history and is a legend in the world game.  It has also been one of the world's Top 20 courses for the past 20 years. Sitting high above the rugged Ayrshire coastline, Turnberry welcomes you to a corner of Scotland where heritage and hospitality comes naturally.

A five red star resort, guests can enjoy superb accommodation, world class golf, indulgent spa treatments and thrilling outdoor pursuits in a truly beautiful 800 acre estate. The tour includes golf on both courses at Turnberry aswell as locally renowned Western Gailes (an Open qualifying venue).

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Prestwick Airport where you will collect your hire car.  Proceed to the Turnberry Resort, where you will be staying for the next couple of days.  Golf today will be played on The Championship Kintyre Course at Turnberry with dinner served in the evening in any one of Turnberry's restaurants.

Day 2: After a full Scottish Breakfast golf will be played at Western Gailes Golf Club.  Dinner will again be ready for you back at the hotel at the end of your day.

Day 3: To end in tour in style, after another Scottish breakfast, you will play the famous Ailsa Course, consistently voted as one of the top 20 UK courses. This is a true test of your links golf skills. Once your round is completed you leave the resort and return your hire car back to the Airport and depart.
