The Tour

This tour is truly a 5 star tour all round. With golf and accommodation at the highest level, it really is golfing experience of a lifetime.

Regarded as The Home of Golf and venue for the Open Championship 26 times, the Old Course attracts thousands of golfers from all over the world every year. As the oldest golf course in the world it was here, around 600 years ago where golf was first played. Its reputation speaks for itself. This tour includes the famous Old Course together with its neighbour the New, the Carnoustie Championship Links Course and the renowned Gleneagles PGA Centenary Course. A premium hire car is included in the package together with 2 nights luxury accommodation in the�5 star St Andrews Old Course Hotel and 1 night at Gleneagles.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Edinburgh Airport where you will collect your hire car. Proceed to the five star Gleneagles resort where you will play 18 holes on The PGA Centenary Course. Following your round a superb dinner awaits you in the Strathearn Restaurant followed by overnight accommodation. Use of the resorts spa and health facilities are also included.

Day 2: After your breakfast at Gleneagles you drive to the Carnoustie Championship Links, where you will be playing your golf today. Once your round is completed you drive to the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews, where you will be staying for next few days. Once you have settled in, dinner will be waiting for you in one of the restaurants in the evening.

Day 3: Following breakfast, golf is a short drive away at Kingsbarns Golf Links. The views back over St Andrews Bay are spectacular. Before dinner back at the hotel, you are welcome to use the hotels superb leisure facilities or take in teh sights of the historic town itself.

Day 4: After a full Scottish Breakfast golf will be played on the St Andrews New Course. After golf you can visit the British Golf Museum in St Andrews, just a short walk from the hotel. Dinner will again be ready for you back at the hotel at the end of your day.

Day 5: Today you will play one of your most memorable rounds of golf. After breakfast you will make your way to the 1st tee of the Old Course at St Andrews. Words cannot describe how good it feels to play the course and it is an experience that will stay with you for a long time.

Once you have completed your round and checked out, make your way back to the airport, drop off your hire car and depart.
