The Tour

Regarded as The Home of Golf and venue for the Open Championship 26 times, the Old Course attracts thousands of golfers from all over the world every year. As the oldest golf course in the world it was here, around 600 years ago where golf was first played. This tour includes the famous Old Course together with its neighbour the New and the Carnoustie Championship Links. Hire car is included in the package together with 2 nights luxury accommodation in the five red star Old Course Hotel.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Edinburgh Airport where you will collect your Hire Car. You can then drive to the Old Course Hotel, where you will be staying for next few days. After you settle in golf today will be played on the Carnoustie Championship Links, a short drive from the hotel. Dinner will be waiting for you back at the hotel this evening.

Day 2: Following breakfast you will take a very short drive to Kingsbarns, where 18 holes of spectacular links golf awaits. After your round you can visit the British Golf Museum before dinner at the hotel.

Day 3: After a full Scottish Breakfast golf will be played on the St Andrews New Course. Once you have finished your round you could look around the village, dinner will again be ready for you back at the hotel at the end of your day.

Day 4: Today you will play what will be your most memorable round of golf. After breakfast you will make your way to the first tee of the Old Course at St Andrews. Once you have played the Old Course you become part of its history, you'll be reminiscing with friends about the experience for some time. At the end of the day you can return the hire car to Edinburgh airport ready for your flight home
